The worst situation for any rug cleaning company is a repair that requires a manufacturing specialist to come handle the repair in person. Some machines are made intentionally complex so that you must pay the manufacturer to come fix it.

Our designs were made with "ease of use” in mind. They are crafted so that any auto mechanic, or any mechanically capable do-it-yourself-er, can maintain and fix problems if they arise.

We suggest additional parts with all large purchases, just so key parts (belts, etc.) can be on hand and easily replaced when needed. Otherwise, special parts can always be shipped by air and be at your rug facility door in just a few days.

We provide recommended maintenance tips, and give clear guidance on how to operate and take the best care of your equipment investments.

All of our machines have a one year warranty, and many have options for extended warranties.

One of the most common complaints that we hear from US-based rug cleaners about large equipment that they have purchased from other manufacturers located in the United States and from other manufacturers in Europe is that the support has been weak and that repairs can be extremely costly or slow. A few of these other manufacturers do not offer any support at all, the purchaser is left on their own to seek out solutions.
