Description
Automatic Washing Machine Tornado ASZ-3000 provides thorough automated washing and rinsing of rugs. Rugs can be placed into the system wet, following soaking in a Wash Tub, or can be placed into the system dry, following the Rug Duster. This model is designed with five sections of cleaning and rinsing of rugs up to 9 feet 10 inches wide. The washing process takes 3 – 8 minutes depending on the rug size and level of soiling. The machine is able to work with all types of brush choices (hard, medium, soft). Quick and easy brush replacement. An electric system for raising and lowering the rotary disc brushes.
The 5 sections of the machine are:
1. Pre-soaking and spray application of detergents. Application can be adjusted.
2. Row of four 17-inch rotary brushes with smooth pressure adjustment (up to 220 lbs.).
3. Cylindrical brushes with pressure adjustment.
4. Squeegee and rinsing components, pressurized spray nozzles (adjustable up to 2175 psi), and a smooth roller bar to press away water and detergent.
5. Underside cylindrical soft brush to remove any debris or fur that may be on the back side prior to rolling for the Centrifuge.
Tornado ASZ-3000 has a specially designed carriage ramp for easy transferring of the rug to the Transport Trolley in order to be loaded into the Centrifuge. There is a water capture system at the bottom of the machine for facilities that filter and recycle their water.
Our operational design of this machine has a very simple to use main control panel at the front, and an auxiliary panel at the back that allows control over each individual section. This allows the operator to adjust the pressure, feed speed, solution flow, or rinsing time, as needed based on the rug type or level of soiling. This design is easily operated by one person.
